Staff Orientation: Day Seven
Time off is really important. It gives our staff time to relax, reflect, and reset. To come into the next day with a clear mind, ready to take in all that Camp has to offer and well rested for Arrival Day and an awesome start to Session One.
For Staff Day Off some staff visited New York City for the first time, others went to Cold Spring to walk around and check out their new town for the summer, and we had a bus trip to Woodbury Commons for those who wanted to go shopping.
A few staff stayed at camp to help set up for the campers arrival and continue working on training.
Tonight we are all gathering for a barbecue and swim in the lake to finish the day off and prepare for the last day of orientation tomorrow.
Only two days until the campers arrive!
