Pre-Camp Check List
As you plan for camp, we wanted to make sure you had all the important information in one place. If you have any questions feel free to call us at 845-265-3616.
Standard Health Forms
Please log in to your Camp-in-Touch account, go to the Forms & Documents section and you will see all your outstanding forms.
Medications (prescription and over-the-counter) – Due June 10th
If your camper requires any medication please complete this form so that our partner pharmacy can arrange for their medication to be ready for their arrival at camp. Requests submitted after June 10th will incur a fee of $50.
We are strongly urging all age eligible (12 years old and older) campers to get vaccinated.
After your camper receives their second dose, please log in to your Camp-in-Touch account, go to the Forms & Documents section and complete the Pre-Arrival Screening form.
Pre-Camp COVID Testing – June 26-28
All campers (those vaccinated and unvaccinated) will need to get at COVID PCR test 3-5 days before camp begins: June 26th, 27th, or 28th. As soon as you receive your results, log in to your Camp-in-Touch account, go to the Forms & Documents section and upload your results to the COVID-19 Latest Test Results.
COVID Testing on Arrival Day and Fifth Day of Camp
In addition to screening questions, camp health staff will be doing a rapid COVID test of all unvaccinated campers and campers vaccinated after June 17th on arrival day.
On the fifth day of camp all unvaccinated campers and campers vaccinated after June 17th will be taking a PCR COVID test at camp. Camp is partnering with Diligent Urgent Care to conduct this test. Parents of these campers need to schedule a telemedicine appointment now so that your camper can be registered for for this test being done at camp on the fifth day of camp.
Families have three options to bring luggage to camp:
- Drop-off with your camper on arrival day
- Drop-off early on Sunday, June 27th between 1-4pm (RSVP here)
- Ship luggage to camp (deadline is June 24th) – click here for more information

Due to the complexity of this summer’s arrival day, campers are arriving at pre-scheduled times. Each family has received an email with their arrival time. We will be sending luggage tags to all families shortly and this mailing will include a reminder of your specific arrival time. Please call the office and ask for Abbe if you need a reminder of your time.
All families should arrive at the nearby North Highlands Fire Station parking lot (see this map) at their set arrival time. From there they will be directed up to camp by camp staff.
