Baking Ice Cream Sandwich Cookies with Bradley & Andrea
Come one, come all! Join Bradley and Andrea as we roll up our sleeves, put on our aprons and bake some homemade cookies that will be perfect to transform into home-made ice cream sandwiches. We miss the ice cream sandwiches that we all get to enjoy at the end of each session of Camp half-way through the All Camp Show and we thought this would be a great way to re-connect with an awesome SLC tradition.

If you are baking along, here are the ingredients you will need:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
