Family Camp Weekend 2025

Good old-fashioned fun for children and adults of all ages!

Families, couples, and singles are all welcome!

Spend Labor Day Weekend at Surprise Lake Camp!  Surround yourself with natural beauty, reconnect with old friends, and make many new ones.

Enjoy plenty of activities:  some for kids only, some for adults only, and plenty for the entire family.

Try swimming, boating, crafts, tie-dye, gaga, tennis, pickleball, hiking, rock wall, and more. Highlights include a carnival, a Beach BBQ, a talent show, and our Saturday night campfire, complete with guitar-playing and marshmallow-roasting.

Choose your housing, from “rustic-chic” bunks to private cottages.  Housing is on a “first come, first served” basis.

Unfortunately, no dogs allowed.

Adult Pricing (ages 16 & up)

Rates are per person, and include meals, snacks, and activities

***All rates will increase by $30 per person after Aug 8***

Private House/Private Bathroom:  $395 for full weekend

Mountainview/Shared Bathroom:  $350 for full weekend/$305 for 2 nights/$160 for 1 night

Camper Cabin:  $300 for full weekend/$285 for 2 nights/$150 for 1 night

Tent (Must Bring Your Own):  $220 for full weekend/$205 for 2 nights/$105 for 1 night

Youth Pricing (2-15 years old)

Rates are per child, and include meals, snacks, and group activities with full counselor supervision during the day.*

*Family time is from lunch until 4pm, when counselors receive time off. There is no direct supervision of children, although family activities are offered, and the waterfront is open during this time.

Night time babysitting (8pm – 1am) is available for $15 /hr., payable directly to the babysitter in cash or payment app.

Under 4 Years Old:  $180 for full weekend/$145 for 2 nights/$85 for 1 night (There is no charge for infants who will primarily stay with their families)

5-15 Years Old:  $270 for full weekend/$220 for 2 nights/$130 for 1 night

Family Day Rate

Can’t stay overnight? Your family can spend the day with us, enjoying the facilities and participating in activities from 9am-6pm.

Lunch is provided for day guests.

  I understand that use of the camp’s facilities involves terrain, activities, and group living arrangements and interactions that may be new to me/my family, and that they come with certain risks and uncertainties beyond what I / we may be used to dealing with at home. I am aware of these risks, and I are assuming them on behalf of me/my family. We realize that no environment is risk-free, and so I will instruct my family on the importance of abiding by the camp’s safety rules, and I represent that all members of my group will be familiar with these rules and will obey them.
