Joe Vayas

Joe brings years of experience in advancement roles across higher education and nonprofit organizations, with a strong focus on alumni fundraising. He has developed and led initiatives that deepen connections, inspire giving, and strengthen long-term support within community networks. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree from Temple University. He is excited to support the Surprise Lake Camp community and help build meaningful relationships that sustain its mission, traditions, and future growth.
