Tribute Gifts

Celebrate a counselor, relative, friend, or colleague. Recognize an accomplishment or a milestone. Express your appreciation. When you make a donation to the Surprise Lake Camp Tribute Fund, you can dedicate your gift in honor or memory of someone. This fund is very special to SLC because the dollars contributed are “named” in tribute to someone special. For this reason, we hold these dollars in a special place — just as you do your honoree — to fill camp’s most critical scholarship needs.

Please complete the form below, and be sure to include the additional information to finish your dedication before you complete your gift. Tribute gifts prompt a personal letter of acknowledgment in addition to a letter to your honoree!
